Fish fork, Marly silver-plated metal, Christofle
Created in 1897, this model owes its name to the Château de Marly, a charming holiday home of Louis XIV. Marly reflects the richness and refinement of a "French-style" table, while remaining very contemporary, through the homage it pays to the plant that constitutes its main ornament.
Silver-plated metal fish fork. Combined with the fish knife, it is useful for detaching fish flesh from the bones and lifting it.
