Stainless steel casserole dish 20cm with lid, 1826, CRISTEL
Description
Dive into the historical heritage of CRISTEL, through our new collection called 1826. This Stainless steel casserole dish brushed and sound glass cover , embody a rich and symbolic history in the world of kitchen utensils.
The world's first stamped saucepan was born in 1826, manufactured in our factory in Fesches-le-Châtel. This unique collection traces two centuries of know-how, innovation and passion of men and women who have worked to pay tribute to this precious heritage.
The conical shape of this stainless steel casserole dish has been carefully reproduced to reflect the structure of the bicentennial saucepan at the origin of this new collection.
Thanks to its thermo-diffusing base made up of three layers (induction stainless steel - aluminum - 18/10 stainless steel), this Induction compatible cookware ensures rapid and even heat diffusion for uniform cooking of food.
Its stainless steel structure allows the temperature to be maintained well during service.
The flat, ergonomic handles, firmly riveted to the body of the pot, do not conduct heat to induction and vitroceramic hobs, guaranteeing a pleasant and secure grip without the risk of burns.
Their polished stainless steel finish nicely contrasts the brushed appearance of the dish.
The domed glass lid ensures rapid and even heat diffusion throughout the utensil.
It also helps retain moisture during cooking to prevent food from drying out, ensuring tasty dishes.
The conical shape of the stainless steel button, inspired by the utensils from the 1826 collection, ensures a pleasant grip.
Its tempered glass composition gives it excellent resistance to temperatures up to 250°C, offering the possibility of cooking in the oven with a cover.
This set with saucepan and lid is available in 4 sizes: Ø 16 - 18 - 20 and 24 cm.
