This 18/10 stainless steel non-stick frying pan is the fruit of a rich and symbolic history in the world of cuisine.
In 1826, the world's first deep-drawn saucepan was born in our factory in Fesches-le-Châtel. Two centuries later, CRISTEL pays tribute to this historic product, reviving the memory of an era marked by exceptional know-how, fueled by innovation and passion embodied by men and women who, over time, have helped to preserve this precious heritage.
OUR non-stick stainless steel pan CRISTEL 1826 pays homage to this two-hundred-year-old saucepan at the origin of this new collection.
Equipped with a heat-diffusing base made of three superimposed layers (induction stainless steel - aluminium - 18/10 stainless steel) and an Exceliss+ non-stick coating guaranteed to be PFOA and PFOS free, it ensures uniform heat diffusion over the entire surface of the base, allowing you to cook without delicate foods sticking, such as fish, eggs or potatoes.
In addition, the addition of fat is not necessary, thus ensuring healthier cooking.
For grilling meat, vegetables and if you are comfortable with stainless steel, we recommend our 1826 Stainless Steel Stove .
In addition to its exceptional performance, this cooking utensil has been designed to facilitate compact storage, in order to save considerable space in the kitchen.
The athermic and ergonomic handle, firmly riveted to the structure of the utensil, does not heat up on the induction and vitroceramic hob, thus offering a comfortable and secure grip without the risk of burns.
Its polished stainless steel finish provides an elegant contrast with the brushed stainless steel body.
It comes in 6 different diameters: Ø 20 - 22 - 24 - 26 - 28 and 30 cm.
