Vinum is RIEDEL’s core specific root series. Conceived in 1986 by 10th generation glassmaker Georg J. Riedel, Vinum was created to ensure that every wine lover could afford varietal specific glassware. Based on the artisanal Sommeliers range, mechanical production allows Vinum to be offered at a more accessible price point.

This glass was designed following a series of workshops in 1992. The final product has the shape of an elongated thistle on a truncated stem, and incorporates a small, slightly upturned lip that highlights the softness.
